Council started updating the Strategic Plan in late 2023. Working with a consultant, they reviewed the Mission, Vision and Values and then set strategic goals for the township. Staff then prepared an operational plan for 2024 on how the township would meet some on those goals. A public meeting was held August 13, 2024 for public input into the Strategic Plan and 2024 Operational Plan. No feedback was received.
